Role: The mandate of the SGRC is to provide opportunities for redressal of grievances of students/postdocs at ICTS. This subsumes the mandate of the earlier anti-ragging committee. It serves as a mechanism for addressing workplace conflicts, policy violations, or unfair treatment that are outside the scope of other specific committees.
