Abstract
The action of the BMS symmetry on solutions of the Wheeler-DeWitt equation in the asymptotically flat context will be provided using Hamiltonian methods and the BRST reformulation of the theory. To that end, some basic aspects of the BRST approach to constrained Hamiltonian systems will be reviewed and explained, as well as the formulation of the BMS symmetry at spatial infinity.
