Abstract
We will review the recent developments in our understanding of 4D S-matrix amplitudes. Infinite-dimensional asymptotic symmetries in flat spacetimes have been shown to be completely equivalent to the so-called soft theorems which constrain the low energy structure of amplitudes. These soft theorems imply existence of 2D Kac-Moody current algebras on the null boundary.
