This program consists of a number of small meetings organised around a central conference NuGoa09 in Goa during Apr 8-15, 2009. The themes will be (i) models of neutrino masses and mixing, (ii) CP violation in the leptonic sector and leptogenesis, (iii) physics prospects at long baseline experiments, (iv) neutrino astrophysics and cosmology. The smaller meetings will concentrate on one of these themes.

The Program Aspects of Neutrinos will take place during April 1-24, 2009 in India. It will focus on
(i) models of neutrino masses and mixing,
(ii) leptonic CP violation and leptogenesis,
(iii) physics at long baseline experiments,
(iv) neutrino astrophysics and cosmology.
