Research Interest : My group aims to understan d the control mechanisms that dictate the self-organisation of cells, fundamental to metazoan development, through comparative study of embryos and organoids. We work on a range of biological systems to probe how mechanochemical coupling between cells and the metabolic constraints guide tissue patterning during the earliest stages of development.
