ICTS Endowed Visiting Professor Sriram Ramaswamy has been awarded the prestigious National Science Chair of the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF).
The National Science Chair is set up to acknowledge distinguished senior Indian scientists who have made outstanding national and international contributions in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine.
Prof. Ramaswamy is renowned for his pioneering work in nonequilibrium statistical physics, particularly in the theory of active matter and soft condensed matter systems.
We, at ICTS, warmly congratulate Prof. Ramaswamy on this well-deserved honour. His association with the Centre, as a collaborator, mentor, and visiting professor, continues to enrich our scientific community.
