If you are visiting ICTS to participate in academic programs, research collaborations, or outreach activities, you are considered a visitor.
The library is open 24/7, and free access is available for visitors on weekdays, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The access control system will be active after office hours. Visitors can obtain a temporary ID card from their respective office to access the library after office hours, and on institute holidays:

Outreach visitors: Outreach Office
Visitors cannot borrow books, but are welcome to read and use all the library’s facilities.

Newspapers and Magazines:
Read newspapers and magazines available in the library.
Newspapers: The Hindu, The Times of India, Deccan Herald, The Economic Times, Vijaya Karnataka (Kannada), Rajasthan Patrika (Hindi).
Magazines: Time, Frontline, DataQuest, Voice&Data, PCQuest, IndiaToday, IndiaToday (Hindi), The Week, Reader’s Digest, Sudha (Kannada).
Computing and Internet Access:
Use library computers with internet access for academic and research purposes.
Study Space:
The library provides a quiet and comfortable environment for studying, making it one of the best study spaces on campus.
