In this series of talks, I will discuss aspects of the Yangian quantum algebra which underlies integrability in the context of the AdS/CFT correspondence in the planar limit. I will introduce a concrete notion of Yangian symmetry for N=4 supersymmetric Yang–Mills theory and show that it holds true. I will then present some applications for scattering amplitudes, correlation functions and Wilson loops.
