Local hospitality will be provided during the school and your accommodation on sharing basis has been arranged at International Centre Goa (www.internationalcentre.goa) from 6th Nov. evening till 19th Nov. 2011 morning (9 am).
If you have been granted the travel assistance, you will be paid ACIII tier return train fare from your Institute to Goa by the shortest route as per normal rules against submission of copies of valid train ticket. You will have to provide your bank details in the prescribed format and the money will be transferred to your account using NEFT.
Please note that it is mandatory to attend the whole program (7th to 18th Nov. 2011).
If you are interested to present a poster on your research work, please send a one page abstract to anup11.icts@gmail.com with ‘Abstract for ANUP11 poster’ in the subject line by 15th Oct. 2011.
