The 2022 Boltzmann Medal was awarded, in part, to Deepak Dhar "for his seminal contributions to several areas of statistical physics, including exact solutions of self-organized criticality models, interfacial growth, universal long-time relaxation in disordered magnetic systems, exact solutions in percolation and cluster counting problems  and definition of the spectral dimension of fractals." This discussion meeting aims to discuss some of the exciting recent developments in these and related areas in equilibrium and nonequilibrium statistical physics.

As a part of this discussion meeting, Prof. Deepak Dhar will deliver the Infosys-ICTS Chandrasekhar lectures.

Eligibility Criteria:  Faculty, Postdoctoral fellows and PhD students working in related areas.
