ICTS is organizing a one-day workshop to celebrate and discuss the recent results in Cosmology from the Planck mission. Planck is a space observatory of the European Space Agency and is designed to observe the anisotropies of the cosmic microwave background. Results from the first-year observation of Planck have been published recently. The workshop will focus on various implications of these results on our understanding of the Universe. The workshop will feature invited talks from several eminent cosmologists.
