Believe me, a drop made of a binary mixture is spectacular and unlike any other pure droplet! In this talk, I will share our recent most modelling and experimental results that may help us unveil the complex heterogeneous phenomena undergoing in them. The highly dynamic and complex flow phenomena is predominantly driven by the presence of thermal and solutal Marangoni stresses. We derive evolution equations and explore the dimensionless parameter space to examine the resultant effects on drop wetting and evaporation, where we find qualitative agreement with experiments in both these areas.
