WALK IN INTERVIEW at BANGALORE
                                                                            

International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS) of TIFR is looking for a highly motivated, self driven individual for the post of Project Assistant Administration at the Bangalore office. The contract will be initially for a period of one year and may be extended further depending on performance and requirement of the Centre.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

# Post graduate degree (preferably in Science or Mathematics) from a recognized university with minimum of 60% marks,
# Familiarity with computers, internet and microsoft office applications and other office ERP packages,
# Minimum one year of work experience in a medium/large sized organization, preferably an academic/research institution.

Job Profile:

This job involves providing administrative support for all the activities of the Centre. This includes: administrative tasks for academic activities, which involve processing of proposals for programs, liaising with participants & organizers, rendering administrative support to various events of the Centre and compiling program reports for all programs; handling administrative work related to the Centre Director's office; compiling periodic reports about the activities of the Centre and development of the campus.
 

Age: under 35 years.  

Tenure: initial appointment will be for 1 year which may be extended depending upon performance.

Location: Bangalore.

Salary will commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualification & potential and will not be a constraint for outstanding candidates. The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.
