ICTS

ICTS has planned a discussion meeting on aspects of biology on December 8, 2011 at ICTS-TIFR in IISc Campus, Bangalore. The meeting will begin at 9.25 am on December 08, 2011. In this meeting we are hoping to get a summary of the important questions, the inter-disciplinary character of and the research going on in this general area. One reason to have this meeting is that we at ICTS would also like to assess how a theory centre, with only dry labs and a data centre, can contribute to this activity in collaboration with more standard biology wet-labs in and outside Bangalore. The format of the meeting would be rapporteur talks followed by short presentations and discussion sessions.
