1. Organise 1 gender sensitization talk/ seminar every year on diversity in STEM at the Centre by a suitable speaker, and have a section of the talk devoted to prevention of sexual harrasment at workplace. 
  2. Familiarize the students with the guidelines for the ‘Prevention and Resolution of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace’ upon their joining. The orientation programme includes a session on this.
  3. Have a student or postdoc mentor for all new students.
  4. Support a website with guidelines, grievance cell committee and counselor contact details.
  5. Put up gender sensitization posters across the campus.
