A regular bus service runs between NCBS, IISc and ICTS - here is the schedule.
  8. Rump Session. I see that the schedule lists Rump Sessions on Wed afternoon. What are these?
Rump Sessions are loosely organized sessions designed to encourage collaboration and solicit input from experts. Participants may give informal/impromptu and brief talks involving new problems or areas, speculations, and opinions or points of view and preliminary work.  Rather than have participants miss sessions in order to collaborate, the goal of these sessions is to get people talking to one another in a public polymath-style forum. Researchers, particularly junior researchers or those new to an area, can avail of the opportunity to get pointers and feedback on their research. Participants are welcome to announce new results though it is not primarily for time-stamping or advertising one's work.
  9. What are the details of the transportation arrangement from the hotel to ICTS and back each day?
Vehicle will be arranged for all the participants from the hotel to ICTS and back each day during the program hours.
