REGISTRATION TO THE PROGRAM
The registration is a two step process. First, you have to register as an ICTS USER (link given at the bottom of left tab). Give your email address as user-id. Once this is done, you can then go the program link (on left side), choose our program and then click APPLY. This will open the application form where you can fill in the details, including the title and abstract of your presentation. This can be edited later as well.

VISA
For all VISA related enquiries, please write to "program@icts.res.in".
TRAVEL
For flights
- There are direct flights from several countries to Mumbai and Delhi, cities in India
- There are also direct flights to Bengaluru from a few cities, for example, Dubai, Frankfurt, London, etc.
- Flight travel time between Mumbai and Bengaluru is ~1.5 hr.
- Flight travel time between Delhi and Bengaluru is ~2.5 hr.
- Mumbai airport code is BOM, Delhi airport code is DEL, Bengaluru airport code is BLR
Note: Bangalore is also spelt as Bengaluru on some airline websites!
For trains
- Bangalore city station is well connected to all major cities in India.
ACCOMMODATION
All participants will be accommodated on the new ICTS campus at Hesaraghatta Hobli, North Bengaluru.
(This places a constraint on the maximum number of participants that can be accommodated to ~75.)
