Please note that all participants (i.e., invited Speakers and applicants selected for participation) who are not citizens of India ("Foreign Nationals") are required to possess a valid passport of their country and a valid Indian VISA, irrespective of their nationality. There is NO provision of 'Visa on Arrival' in India. Therefore, "Foreign Nationals" among the participants are being advised to submit their visa applications to their nearest Indian embassy or consulate for the visa at their earliest convenience.
"TOURIST visa" is more flexible and may be granted for a period longer than that of our ICTS program; this would be appropriate if one is interested in sightseeing or visiting other academic organization(s) before or after our ICTS program. However, if any participant wants to come on a "Conference visa", we shall send a formal letter of invitation on our official letterhead, provided the participant provides us details of his/her travel documents.
