RULES OF CONDUCT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      GENERAL

    1. Members and guests are required to familiarize themselves with the Club's Rules and Bye-laws, including in particular the Rules of Conduct, before checking in.
    2. The Secretary of the Club is fully authorised to implement and enforce all Rules & Bye-laws, and may suspend or withdraw all services and facilities to members or guests who do not follow his directions in this regard.
    3. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
    4. Submission of the forms is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions regarding room allotments.
    5. Reservations once confirmed are not transferrable.
    6. Conduct. Members and guests must abide by the Rules of Conduct including as to Dress Code, meal timings.

2.      FULL PARTICULARS ON FORMS

    1. Forms must be complete in all requests, inlcuding names of all visitors, their relationship to the member making the request, ages, meal preferences, the first and last meals at the Club, and contact information.

3.      PERSONAL ATTENDANTS, SERVANTS AND DRIVERS

    1. If you plan to bring a personal attendant or servant, please indicate so on the form. If this is not mentioned, they may not be accomodated.
    2. There is limited accomodation for drivers on a first-come-first-served basis.
    3. The Club does not provide meal services for servants or drivers. Arrangements must be made for their food to be brought from one of the hotels in the market. The Club staff will assist you on this.

4.      PETS

    1. Pet dogs and cats are permitted only in D-block.  Note that veterinarian services are not readily available in Mahabaleshwar, and the forests of the region have an abundance of wildlife, some dangerous. You are responsible for the safety of your pets.
    2. Please carry any special requirements your pet needs: medications, special foods, accessories and attire, etc.
    3. If you are bringing a pet, this must be clearly mentioned in the form. At present, the Club provides basic meal fare for dogs and cats (milk, bread, rice, vegetables, chicken meat or mutton).
    4. Members are responsible for all and any damage done to Club property by their pets. These charges will be assessed and billed and must be paid without protest before check-out.
    5. On the main golf course, pets must be on a leash/lead to avoid inconvenience to walkers and golfers.

5.      CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.

    1. The check-in time is 1200 hrs. The check-out time is 0900 hrs. If the room/s is/are not vacated at check-out (keys must be handed over to the Club Staff at the check out desk), the Secretary or, in his absence, any official of The Club, in the presence of two other club employees, is entitled to open the room, remove any possessions or belongings threin and store them for a reasonable period until they are claimed by the member.
