However, if there are any special requirements and a participant would prefer a regular hotel, it can be arranged at cost.

Arrival by plane:

For those arriving by plane at either the domestic or international
airport, please go to the taxi booth of Akbar Travels in the arrivals
lounge. For those from whom we have received arrival-departure
information, we have made arrangements for a taxi to take you to your
place of accommodation. You will not have to pay for the fare - just sign
the receipt the driver gives you.

For those arriving by train, go to the enquiry counter after exiting on
Platform 1. For those from whom we have received arrival-departure
information, a driver will be waiting with a placard and will drop you off
at your place of accommodation. You will not have to pay for the fare -
just sign the receipt the driver gives you.
