This job involves maintaining a record of the capital assets and equipment. To carry out periodic verification and cost-validation. To handle purchasing, accounting, issue and disposal of all types of stores items. Project Manager Estate and Facilities

Essential Qualification:
  • HSC
  • Knowledge of use of personal computer and its applications
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in supervisory role in a similar job profile

Desireable: 

  • 3 years diploma in hospitality or catering will be preferred.
  • Candidates with excellent communication skills, higher work experience and potential will be prefferred. 
  • To supervise maintenance and upkeep of the Guest house facility, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene conditions of the guest rooms, ensuring supply of consumables, supervising the work of outsourced workers in the guest house.
  • To supervise maintenance and upkeep of the dining facility and catering services, which will also be used by the guests in the guest house.
  • To ensure implementation of the policies of the Centre with regard to accommodation and catering facilities; 
  • To ensure general maintenance and upkeep of the residential and academic areas of the campus

Project Manager, Services and Health Promotion Centre

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar job profile

Desireable:

  • Candidates with higher educational qualification(s), excellent communication skills, higher work experience and potential will be preferred. 
  • To supervise the work of the outsourced workers on the campus for the critical services namely - security, housekeeping, etc.
  • To supervise maintenance and upkeep of the recreation facility and critical services, which will also be used by the ICTS members, families and official visitors. 
  • To ensure general upkeep of the campus premises.To ensure implementation of the policies of the Centre with regard to recreation and outsourced services mentioned above.

Project Engineer (Civil)

Essential Qualification:

  • Qualification: B.E./B. Tech. in Civil Engineering (full-time course) from a recognized university/institute with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate, is essential. 
  • Candidates familiar with computers and proficient in the use of software and applications relevant to developing bill of quantities, cost estimates, tender specifications etc. will be given preference.

Experience: Minimum experience of  3 years after graduation in various aspects of Civil Engineering works is essential. This should include some experience in supervision and construction of new buildings, laboratories and roads. Exposure to restoration works of old buildings/structures is desirable.  

Candidate must also be proficient in using commercial computer software packages (AutoCAD,etc) for building design and analysis and to process, interpret and present information.

Primary responsibility will be management, maintenance and enhancement of all civil infrastructure such as buildings, roads, water-supply systems, drainage systems etc., besides planning and execution of civil construction on small and medium scales. The selected candidate should be capable of managing and documenting small and large scale civil engineering projects including the development of budgets, concepts, designs, specifications, evaluations, etc.

Also, the selected candidate will be required to manage a technical workforce for providing essential related engineering services without any interruption. She/He will coordinate with contractors, consulting engineers, surveyors, inspectors, interior designers, architects, utility representatives, and other officials to gather and disseminate relevant information and to maintain records.

Location:  ICTS campus, Hessarghatta  Bangalore

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualification and potential. The selected candidate will be required to join immediately. 

Age: Age criteria will be relaxed appropriately for candidates with higher work experience (relavent) than essential experience required for the post.

Tenure: The contract will be initially for a period of one (1) year which may be extended up to maximum of three years depending upon the performance of the candidate.

Candidates qualifying the written test will appear in the interview at ICTS campus Hessarghatta.

Candidates may use the ICTS shuttles from the IISc campus or NCBS campus. Bus schedule is accessible on the ICTS website.
