The inauguration of the programs of ICTS was done during its program, "Correlated Electrons and Frustrated Magnetism", on Dec. 2, 2007, at the International Centre in Dona Paola, Goa. After a few introductory remarks Spenta Wadia invited Prof. T.V. Ramakrishnan to do the inauguration. He unfurled the ICTS logo and made a few remarks. There after Spenta Wadia made a presentation about the ICTS.
